Nash Industries (I) Pvt  Ltd is looking for Sr. Program Manager for R&D Division. Please find below Job profile:

1.      Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.

2.      Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.

3.      Creating and managing long-term goals.

4.      Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.

5.      Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.

6.      Coordinate cross-project activities

7.      Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.

8.      Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.

9.      Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.

10.  Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.

11.  PMP certified is an added advantage.

Experience: 15+yrs 

Location: Bangalore( Near Yaswanthpur).
