 Atlassian product implementation, customization, administration and support.
 • Atlassian Tools expertise primarily in JIRA and Confluence
 • Good Expertise with at least two of the following add-ons, BigPicture, Tempo Planner, Tempo Timesheets, Tempo Budgets, Portfolio for JIRA,
 • Intermediate to Expert knowledge in SAFe, PPM, Project Management
• Providing Training for various Atlassian tools and creating Documentation for service cases and maintenance of the tools.
 • Have intermediate to expert knowledge in the following add-ons ScriptRunner for JIRA, JMWE, Automation for JIRA
 • Intermediate to expert knowledge in Groovy, Shell, Perl/Python scripting
