Job requirement:
Organizing and planning of assignments for the field support team.
Coordination with field team and documenting the progress over the mails.
Experience towards professional client/customer handling over the calls & chat.
Expertise towards professional email drafting etiquettes (mandatory).
Required very good English communication skills (mandatory).
Good leadership skills – ability to handle a team of 10 Field Support Engineers.
Should be proactive in taking up ownership for completion of various tasks as assigned.
Store Management & Procurement: Material-Resource management, maintaining upto date data on inward & outward flow of materials & resources for an assigned project.
