Candidate with 5-8 years work experience in an ITES, OR, KPO. 

Candidate should have the hands on experience in salary offer management, PMS, personal files up keeping, employee engagement, policy development and maintenance, knowledge of HRMS tools.
Knowledge of labour laws & statutory requirements.
