Job role is Data & Analytics SME.

Experience:16-20 years (last 10 years in US Healthcare IT)

Job location is hyderabad.

Mandatory Skillset

·        Certified in DB standards (ACID & BASE)

·        Certified in architecture practices (TOGAF for ex)

·        Familiar with data models of Epic/Cerner/Non-clinical systems/Ancillary systems

·        Hands on experience in implementing data lakes and analytics systems in large health systems (US)

·        Hands on experience in implementing frontend tools

·        Experience in architecting data models & analytics for large health systems

·        Good familiarity with payer systems and value-based care

·        Experience in regulatory reporting in US market

·        Experience with Agile, DevOps

Desired Skillset

·        Exposure to architecture & design activities in implementation of EMRs

·        Good understanding of MIPS/MACRA/QPP payment models

·        Exposure to security standards and practices

·        Experience in ESBs such as IIB, OSB, Mulesoft 

·        Certified in SAFe, LeSS or similar dev models
