Role & Responsibility :-
- In-house hiring
- Understanding the manpower Requirements
- Sourcing the relevant profiles from various portals
- Telephonic screening of sourced profile and taking Skype & face to face interviews
- Lining up candidates according to the parameters
- Interview coordination
- Hiring from Pan India Location and achieving & exceeding the set targets
Job Specification :-
- Sales hiring experience (minimum 6 months exp.)
- Consultancy experience is must
- Good communication, Confident & Aggressive
- Enthusiastic & Presentable
