Job roles

Show case the sample flat, project model and explain the salient features of projects.

2. Summaries the customer interaction brief after customer visit. Overall rating of enquiry, customer prospect 

3. Provide the offer price to the prospective customer in consultation with HOD.

4. Get the necessary details info and documents from the customer who has decided to buy the property, and update the booking form along with the booking charges.

5. Monthly Sales projection and targets, and ensure the sales team meets these project projections and target.

6. Monthly recovery and collection targets, and ensure the sales team meets these target.

7. Coordinate with customer to get the agreement registered with revenue department.

8. Extend the necessary & prompt coordination to the customer for getting the property loan sanctioned from tie-up / other FIIs.
