Responsibilities

Responsible for overall plan and delivery of product roadmap
Own the product strategy, Understand Customer requirements, market gaps/ need gaps and drive release level feature choices
Active contribution to the product/project management standards and processes
Knowledge of business process development within loans and mortgages domain
Responsible for the continuous improvement of products in terms of quality, performance, usability and customer experience
Experience 
Strong working knowledge on US Loan and Mortgages 
Demonstrated ability to understand Market Regulatory changes in US Lending and Collections
15 -18 years of experience with 5-6 years of experience in Product development
Background in Product Management / Product Design
Ability to adopt process approach to solve a problem
