LTE eNodeB QA engineers:
- Should have strong technical knowledge on 4G LTE E2E Architecture 
- Should know in-depth knowledge about LTE eNodeB.
- Should have strong technical on LTE Physical layer, MAC layer, RRC layer and PDCP layer
- Must be familiar with 3GPP standards and up to date with latest releases
- Hands on experience in LTE eNodeB Testing or Device Testing
- Strong technical skills on understanding new LTE Features introduced in new LTE releases as well proprietary features.
- Hands on experience in log analysis on Drive test tool, QXDM tool etc.
- Hands on experience on UE Emulator testing like TM 500, E500 or IXIA simulators
- Should be able to prepare test plan and test reports for regression, functional and Feature testing
- Fair experience on scripting and programming skills for post processing the data and log analysis
